Our Data Management team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our efforts in empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make better data-driven decisions.

We are looking for a talented professional who can deliver cutting-edge analytics and solutions that support business strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over time.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale Analytics data warehouses and Master Data Management systems, leveraging data from various internal applications and vendors.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize experience with standard analytical, reporting and programming languages such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure; data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in complex environments; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise-level Master Data Management platforms such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
