Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our ERP projects offshore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing ERP teams and projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives, drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming, and track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.

In addition, they will ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with onsite stakeholders, identify process improvements, and enforce Agile best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Kronos WFM / HCM solutions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
