ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle ERP implementation, with expertise in business process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement gathering.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA and Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, MM, SD, HR, etc.) to support organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough business process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical and functional support for ERP issues, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, testing methodologies, and reporting tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA & Oracle ERP mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, ERP best practices, and system configurations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP customization, support, and integration between SAP/Oracle ERP modules.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing methodologies, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
