ERP Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Farvision ERP system.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily Farvision ERP operations across various modules.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance by handling data entry, validation, and reporting.
  • Support end-users with functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • Generate and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP (2-5 years).
  • Strong understanding of real estate/construction business processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Farvision ERP modules, including CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
