Project Manager for Global ERP Implementations

This role is designed for seasoned project managers with 8-10 years of experience in delivering ERP projects/programs in international environments.

  • Proven track record as a project lead or ITDM/scrum master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment) in FIN/SCM domains.
  • Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & Power point, with the ability to create custom reports & high quality presentations for project governance and tracking.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong credibility within leadership teams, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and lead meetings with internal & external customers both in person and remotely.
  • Manage internal and external teams effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships at a senior level within the country and interact with central team and Executives.
  • Solve problems analytically and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post graduate in technical or business streams.
  • Strong problem solving/analytical abilities.
  • Able to work independently and follow direction and best practices.
