Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting client workshops to gather and document requirements.
  2. MAPPING HEALTHCARE PROCESSES INTO SALESFORCE HEALTHCLOUD SOLUTIONS.
  3. Configuring Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  4. Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
  5. Collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
  6. Training client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 successful HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
  2. Strong understanding of FHIR and HL7 standards.
  3. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  4. Possession of Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (desired).
