We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a Technical Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for innovative technology and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. They should be skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration, with a strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and development of Salesforce applications and solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with effective communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
