Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our organization. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving processes through data-driven insights and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, with experience in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing business needs and problems to develop solutions that improve business processes
  • Supporting an environment with over 2,800 users
  • Documenting business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications for review and delivery to the development team using agile model
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating system requirements on a continuing basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst required
  • Change management experience preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality
