Key Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution.
- Execution: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
- Risk Management: Effectively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Performance Measurement: Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Issue Reporting: Report and escalate issues to management in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a strong understanding of formal program management methodologies.
- Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and achieve collective goals.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
