Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • At least 7 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a strong understanding of formal program management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and achieve collective goals.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
