
Channel Sales Team Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in driving channel sales across the board, ensuring each segment and project meets the targeted sales numbers from channels.
- To spearhead the channel sales team comprising of core members at the corporate office and a distributed team at project sites (with direct reporting to this role and dotted-line reporting to respective site heads).
- Meet the monthly/quarterly target for adding new channel partners to the database.
- Ensure seamless registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursement for channel partners.
- Implement an evaluation mechanism for categorizing channel partners based on performance.
- Liaise with site heads for promotional offers tailored to channel partners.
- Plan calendar events around festive occasions to engage channel partners.
- Develop a robust investor database through channel partners.
- Maintain regular product and price updates for channel partners.
- Oversee organization of channel-related events.
- Leverage channel contacts for strategic inventory movement during project launches.
- Foster a superior channel partner experience.
