Senior ServiceNow Practice Director Position

A highly skilled and ambitious professional is sought to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and growth of a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit by driving delivery of successful client implementations with high customer satisfaction (CSS) and net promoter scores (CSAT).
  • Establish proactive relationships with clients and their stakeholders by staying up-to-date on business and market conditions affecting clients' businesses.
  • Contribute to thought leadership documents by creating innovative insights for customers.
  • Build expertise on new product areas and adjacencies to drive service offerings.
  • Create thought leadership on product/process areas to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.
  • Support pre-sales activities and content creation.
  • Support marketing initiatives.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment to ensure employee experience management.
  • Financial and operational effectiveness in a hybrid environment.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role in an IT services company.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong technical/functional expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to build and sustain high-performing teams in a hybrid environment.
