ServiceNow Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Security Operations Implementation Specialist to lead and support Security Operations module implementations—Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR)—for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, and a track record of successful deployments in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement end-to-end security operations capabilities for VR and SIR using ServiceNow.
  • Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR.
  • Develop integration solutions for threat intelligence and vulnerability scanner data.
  • Create automation scripts using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR).

In addition, the specialist will collaborate with cybersecurity teams, risk & compliance, and IT operations to gather detailed requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance during deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Security Operations architecture, data models, and module interdependencies.
  • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating ServiceNow with security tools.
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
