Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Leader

  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
  • Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.
