Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse performance data to inform decisions and improve key metrics such as return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated results and drive business growth.

You Must Have:

  • 6–9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients in the US.
  • A proven track record of managing large ad budgets, preferably over $5K/month per client.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including conversion rates, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Paid Ads tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution software.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for ad copy optimisation, audience research, and automation.
