Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role that involves ensuring the highest standards of quality control and management in customer relationship management processes.

The Quality Executive will conduct quality audits, analyze CRM data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement methods. Additionally, the role includes tracking and reporting on key quality metrics and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in CRM systems and processes. They will also be able to identify training needs and recommend process improvements, provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Quality Control: The ability to monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes, ensuring compliance with quality and sales guidelines.
  • Quality Auditing: The skill to conduct quality audits and analyze CRM data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Management: The ability to develop and implement quality management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to track performance trends and prepare quality dashboards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and management, providing constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents.
  • Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
