Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
- Analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and track key performance indicators.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on quality assurance best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, or business).
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
