Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance function and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9000 standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QMS as per ISO 9000 and other applicable standards.
  • Manage and renew licenses, ensuring product quality meets certification requirements.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Prepare and present quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of QMS, ISO 9000, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with quality control procedures and process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
