Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance processes as we scale from development to large-scale production.

  • Develop and Execute Quality Strategies: Develop, implement, and execute quality strategies for hardware and software, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for safety, reliability, and performance.
  • Oversee Testing and Validation Processes: Oversee testing, validation, inspection, and compliance processes to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Collaborate closely with hardware, software, AI teams, R&D, manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure seamless integration and quality delivery.
  • Lead and Mentor the Team: Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve excellence in quality management.
  • Drive Certifications and Compliance: Drive ISO certifications and regulatory compliance to ensure our products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years in quality assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace.
  • Strong expertise in both hardware and software quality management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields.
