Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Head of Quality Assurance will oversee quality assurance and control processes for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
This role involves leading a team of QA/QC professionals to monitor and improve construction quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
- Review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
