Technical System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled system engineer to join our Technology Infrastructure team. As a site reliability specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining distributed systems that serve key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply software engineering skills to develop and maintain distributed systems.
- Optimize system operations through automation and tooling.
- Build foundational technical components of a robust SRE program.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and sources of instability.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
- Strong coding skills in Python, PowerShell, C# and ability to comprehend other programming languages.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, cloud-based services, infrastructure as code, configuration management, container technologies, and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to highest ethical standards.
