    • Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media and other channels to convey the corporate culture.
    • Implement employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements ensuring employees feel valued and invested in their work.
    • Participate in employee engagement and culture initiatives to provide insight into candidate and employee needs and growth.
  • Supporting Special Initiatives:
    • Support and participate in department projects, including compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards and corporate/department engagements.
  • Administration:
    • Support event planning activities.
    • Maintain all records and documents housed outside of organizational systems.
    • Other duties as assigned.
