Job Description: Business Development Associate

Briskcovey Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Associate
to join our expanding sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least
1-2 yr of experience in IT sales or business development
who are eager to grow their career in onsite work environment. As a Business Development Associate, you will assist in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities, while building relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help build and train the sales team.
  • Find new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Talk to clients, understand their needs, and support them.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies to reach goals.
  • Work with marketing to attract more customers.
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and updated.
  • Guide team members and help them improve.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to solve problems quickly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related fields.
  • At least
    1-2 yr
    of experience in IT sales, business development only.
  • Good communication skills to talk and write clearly with clients.
  • Some knowledge of software, IT services, web or app development is a plus.
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, , Lusha, Salesforce, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Able to understand what clients need and suggest solutions.
  • Ready to work in an Onsite environment and comfortable in a startup setting.
