Job Title: Business Growth Executive
Growth & Partnerships Role OverviewAs a driven Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing outreach, and building inbound and outbound funnels to drive business growth.
This key role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capture them.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Utilize Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Campaign Setup: Collaborate with the design team to set up Meta Ads campaigns that drive results and meet business objectives.
- Client Management: Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture to ensure seamless communication and build strong relationships with clients.
- Pitch Deck Development: Work closely with the design team to create compelling pitch decks and proposals that secure new business and meet client needs.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing in the IT or software industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and knowledge of Upwork and Meta Ads are essential for success in this role.
