Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic financial planning to drive profitable growth across the region, partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams.
  • Develop pricing strategies for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • Oversee end-to-end profitability for assigned business units; review financial performance quarterly with Business/Function Heads.
  • Manage annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Deliver quarterly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Maintain financial models for decision support; track win–loss ratios and establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets.
  • Monitor operational expenses, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of IT services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
