Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing packaging systems, providing technical information and explanations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will install packaging systems at customer locations, train operators on system capabilities and safety procedures, and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Additionally, you will work with customers to identify potential issues and recommend improved policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong mechanical, pneumatic, and troubleshooting experience. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5 years of technical experience
  • A valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
  • Ability to work overtime and travel as needed
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
