Computer Systems Specialist – Large Format Print Services


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Computer Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems and large format print equipment.

Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as maintaining and upgrading hardware and software to optimize performance.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and upgrade hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in computer systems maintenance and support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
