System Optimization Specialist (HRSD)

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned System Optimization Specialist (HRSD) to enhance HR service delivery, employee experiences, and streamline HR processes through automation and self-service capabilities.

  • Configure, implement, and maintain the HRSD module within the ServiceNow platform to optimize HR operations.

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the HRSD framework, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.

  • Develop customized forms, workflows, service catalogs, and reports specific to HR processes, adhering to best practices and organizational security standards.

  • Implement automation tools, such as ServiceNow Flow Designer, to streamline HR workflows and reduce routine tasks.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as necessary.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and service delivery models.

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, scripting (JavaScript), and workflow configuration.

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using various methods (e.g., REST, SOAP).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for HR metrics.

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles as they apply to service management.

  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
