Job Title

Experienced ServiceNow professional required for large-scale HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Design and develop Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations using ServiceNow Studio and Flow Designer.
  • Develop and execute unit testing, defect fixing, and hypercare support for enterprise-level HR service environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and cutover processes.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Strong understanding of HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center
- Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations
- Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow module experience
