About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a single point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing first-line support to customers on their day-to-day general enquiries on products and services
- Proactively exploring customer needs and pain points through daily interactions and coordinating with internal teams to maximize sales leads and opportunities
- Managing customer orders, including entering orders into our system, communicating estimated delivery times, and revising or canceling orders as per customer requests
You will also be responsible for promoting and supporting digital tools, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused and target-oriented, and have a proactive and problem-solving approach. You should also be able to work in a competitive, demanding, and time-critical environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Freshers and previous experience in customer service is preferred
