Senior Property Deal Analyst

This role involves working as a key member of our team, where you will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism. You will analyze residential and commercial property deals, reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents. Your duties will also include calculating key figures such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV, and using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in finance, property, or detailed analysis work, and be proficient in using numbers, logic, and structured thinking. Additionally, they should be able to communicate effectively and handle important decisions under pressure.

We are offering a fully remote role, with 5 days/week and 12 days paid holiday annually. You can expect ongoing training on deal types, analysis tools, and decision frameworks. This is a long-term, secure role where your work really matters.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze residential and commercial property deals
  • Review key documents including floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs

  • Produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle important decisions under pressure
