Seeking a driven Real Estate Specialist to excel in acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the property buying or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers on call, understand their requirements, and persuade them to schedule an appointment.
  • Meet with clients, present tailored-made options, and bring clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on buying/investment strategies.
  • Develop rapport and get to know the client, finding out about their goals and vision for the future.
  • Educate clients on Property Investment, make them aware of incentives available, and open their eyes to different strategies available for them to pursue.
  • Responsible for relationship management, assisting clients through the decision-making process, and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post-sales.
  • Represent the company brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients.
  • Seek referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients.
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Above-average ability to convert and close sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • In-depth knowledge about the location/city.
  • Positive attitude for doing meetings each day, meeting new people, and enjoying sales.
  • Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
  • High levels of passion and ownership.
  • Possession of any Graduation/MBA degree.
