Investment Opportunities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Opportunities Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting and locating investment opportunities, managing high-impact projects, and streamlining decisions across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and locate investment opportunities using market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price for single-family assets
  • Participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle
  • Apply market nuances in underwriting to ensure accurate valuations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; specialty focus in Real Estate or Finance preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or other real estate related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record of success (academic, professional)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal and external professionals
