Job Title: Private Equity Investment Associate

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Investment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting deal execution, and managing portfolio companies. This is a fully remote opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on cross-border transactions and growth-oriented investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Evaluation & Execution: Evaluating investment opportunities, building and maintaining detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
  • Deal Sourcing & Research: Assisting in sourcing new investment opportunities through market research, industry mapping, and networking.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitoring portfolio company performance, preparing reports, and tracking KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA/automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
