Job Opportunity:

Fund Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fund Management Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and manage portfolio details of private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data reporting.
  2. Manage investor-specific quarterly reporting templates, catering to diverse information requirements.
  3. Analyze PE Funds performance through cash flows and financial reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  4. Calculate fund valuation data, including investment cost, realized/unrealized value, and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates on a quarterly basis, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  6. Reconcile fund track records using cash flow notices, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  7. Perform various fund analytics, such as attribution and value creation analysis, to optimize investment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or equivalent qualifications, such as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Accountant (CA), with a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
  • A minimum of 1-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with research experience, showcasing expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Microsoft Access, and E-front, with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
