Investment Analyst - Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team at Neo Asset Management. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating new deal opportunities, developing detailed financial models, and preparing comprehensive investment proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, considering nuanced market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
  • Deal Pursuit and Structuring: Identify and pursue attractive investment opportunities aligned with the fund's investment strategy, considering the unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions.
  • Documentation and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees, articulating the unique aspects of each opportunity and proposing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Portfolio Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor portfolio performance, undertake timely reviews and assess risks, leveraging specialized tools and methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell-side environment.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field from a top-tier institution.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
