Job Description:

This role involves driving assigned retention and collection agencies to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery of SLAs with complete adherence to the company's code of conduct.

The job requires regular visits to agencies and field locations to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance productivity. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive assigned retention and collection agencies to deliver KPIs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of SLAs with complete adherence to the company's code of conduct.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure at agency locations as per allocation and forecast.
  • Maintain accurate reports and feedback at agency locations.
  • Implement strong governance processes for retained cases, field visits, receipt book audits, I-card registers, cash registers, code of conduct, and health, safety, and welfare.
  • Conduct regular field visits with/without field agents for audit/recovery purposes.
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in customer retention and collection roles.
  • Analytical skills with good process/system knowledge.
  • Presentation skills with ability to engage teams.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
  • Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
