As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing life insurance products that meet their specific needs, ensuring high responsiveness throughout the sales process, navigating complex sales cycles to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, and liaising with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings.
Responsibilities- Assist clients in selecting life insurance products that align with their goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Navigate complex sales cycles to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations related to policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales environments.
- Ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
- Ability to pitch complex ideas and products in an elegant and compelling way.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight targets and timelines.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Experience working with insur-tech, insurer, or broker agencies is highly valued.
- Background in financial services, personal finance, or wealth management is desirable.
