A top player in legal automation is seeking an experienced legal specialist to fill this key position.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results in the field of legal automation, working closely with project managers and team leaders to implement workflows, review data, and maintain productivity metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage review, breach review, and quality control workflows in conjunction with project managers;
  • Perform quality assurance on batches being released by team members, identify error trends, and create remedial actions;
  • Collaborate with team leaders on queries and provide technical guidance and support as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-standard platforms, including Relativity/iConect, and ensure seamless integration;
  • Work effectively with clients, providing daily status reports and metrics to project managers;
  • Monitor hourly productivity metrics and maintain accurate records;
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and productivity of projects.
Requirements:
  • Must be a qualified attorney with at least 1+ years of experience as an APM and total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years;
  • Technical skills, including SharePoint, Advanced Excel, and excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required;
  • Flexible to work in shifts as per project requirements.
