We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our organization.

This role involves representing clients before various courts and regulatory bodies, conducting legal due diligence, leading litigation proceedings, drafting commercial contracts, and providing legal advisory services.

Key qualifications include excellent drafting and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines, and analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in law, preferably with a Master of Laws degree, and significant experience in the field (3-5 years PQE).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial and regulatory authorities
  • Conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions
  • Leading and overseeing litigation and dispute resolution proceedings
  • Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Providing legal advisory on matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
  • Performing in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws
