Legal Operations Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legal aspects of our technology and telecoms business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal support to internal teams on various corporate matters.
  • Assist in managing legal risks and identifying potential areas of concern.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
  • Maintain and organise legal records for easy accessibility.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialised cases.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the technology and telecoms industry.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and regulatory requirements in the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
