Job Title: Legal Executive Lead
Job Summary:We are seeking an accomplished Legal Executive Lead to spearhead the drafting, reviewing and finalizing of contracts. As a senior legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, mitigating risks, and fostering alignment with internal policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, T&Cs, and other contractual documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and enforceability.
- Providing detailed legal opinions and guidance on matters including bidding strategy, right of way, land acquisition, transmission service agreements, share purchase agreements, indemnity claims, and contractual payment disputes.
- Conducting thorough due diligence for project development, assessing risks associated with land procurement and RoW.
- Reviewing bid submissions for infrastructure projects, handling bid-related legal queries, and providing prompt clarifications to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Negotiation and Finalization:
- Engaging in direct negotiations with external stakeholders and counterparties, finalizing contracts by ensuring favorable legal positioning while maintaining business objectives.
