Legal Leader

The Legal Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the legal functions within our organization. This includes reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to land acquisition, leases, construction, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Advise on legal impacts of regulatory changes and business strategies.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, track cases, manage documentation, and control legal costs.
  • Support internal teams on legal matters and dispute resolution.
  • Provide legal input for strategy and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the legal team, fostering an ethical and collaborative culture.

Requirements:

  • LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
  • 15+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in handling real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong exposure to working with external legal counsel and managing complex cases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • High integrity, business acumen, and attention to detail.
