About this role:

TresVista seeks a seasoned attorney to join its in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate law, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial agreements, providing time-sensitive support for legal inquiries, and establishing and leading contract management teams.
  • They will also collaborate with senior leadership to implement the legal strategy, provide legal advice to senior management, and review and drive policies in compliance with legal regulations.

About you:

  • A graduate/postgraduate in law with 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal team of a corporate company.
  • You have a well-versed understanding of corporate legal compliance, policies, and frameworks.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You possess excellent leadership, team building, and management skills, and are highly collaborative with a team orientation.
