Job Title: Senior Manager - Design

The role of a senior manager in the design department involves leading the team responsible for developing Railway Axle Counter solutions. The individual must have expertise in fail-safe signalling products, embedded systems, and RAMS analysis to ensure compliance with safety and signalling standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet product requirements, ensuring adherence to safety and signalling standards.
  • Lead verification and validation activities to guarantee quality and reliability of products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address design and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of product failures and propose corrective actions to improve engineering practices.

Requirements:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the Railway Signalling domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fail-safe signalling product design and embedded systems.
  • Hands-on understanding of international standards and railway signalling concepts.
  • Expertise in RAMS methodologies, including MTBF, RBD, FTA, and reliability calculations.
