Senior Director- Product Design Team

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our product design team.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing innovative solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.

In this position, you'll build and lead a team of talented product designers, setting a vision for user experience across products. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

You'll be responsible for defining and driving the holistic design vision for products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.

A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy - Define and drive the design vision for products.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of product designers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science.
  • User Advocacy - Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
