Technical Lead Job Description

Drive innovation and growth by leading the design, development, and scaling of fintech platforms.

  • Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Make informed technical decisions, mentoring a team of engineers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining code quality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability for future roadmap initiatives.
  • Lead integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems, establishing DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
