Creative Director Position

Overview of the Role

The Creative Director is responsible for spearheading projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless translation of client briefs into impactful creative concepts.

This key role involves steering projects through every stage of production while effectively managing a talented team of creatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative creative strategies and ideas that drive campaigns forward
  • Lead ideation across various formats: social media, digital platforms, film, static content, and experiential marketing
  • Manage resources and personnel across multiple projects, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Pitch and present ideas to clients with confidence and poise
  • Collaborate closely with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring visions to life

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative agency, preferably in both digital and mainline settings
  • A strong portfolio showcasing leadership and execution capabilities
  • Experience spanning multiple formats: film, digital, social media, experiential, and static content
  • Excellent multitasking and people management skills, along with the ability to manage timelines efficiently
  • Exceptional storytelling and client-pitching skills
