We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Product Design Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both our internal teams and external users.
In this role, you will lead a team of talented product designers, setting a vision for user experience across our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.
- Design Strategy - Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
- Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
- User Advocacy - Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record of leading design teams, delivering AI-powered products, and driving business outcomes through design.
You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.
What we're looking for- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
- Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
