The Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sr SDR (Sales Development Representative) in Platform Sales at Mantra in Hyderabad.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, effective communication, sales strategies, and business development activities to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales: generating new leads and closing deals
- Lead Generation: identifying potential customers and developing relationships
- Effective Communication: building strong rapport with clients and colleagues
- Sales Strategies: developing and implementing plans to meet sales targets
- Business Development: expanding our presence in the market
Requirements
- Inside Sales and Business Development skills
- Lead Generation and Sales skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Compensation
We offer an attractive salary package of $60,000 per annum, reflecting the critical role this position plays in driving business growth.
