Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales and demand generation, preferably within product firms, and a proven track record in international markets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within India.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to demo the product to the prospect.
  • Drive the demo's till closure for small accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications:


  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and demand generation, with a focus on product firms.
  • Proven experience in international sales markets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunger to grow as a sales professional.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
